PERSONALISING YOUR ORDER 

Every piece of Aliza Fire Jewellery is handmade to order. If you would like to personalise your order in anyway you can do so by adding notes and instructions at checkout. 

Please be aware that engraving will cost £25. 

If you would like your order to be made in solid gold rather then gold plate please email via the 'contact' page for a quote. This may delay your order slightly so please let us know if your order is urgent. 

GOLD PLATING

The Gold plated items are made using a 925 sterling silver base metal with 3 microns of 9ct yellow gold plated on top. Please be aware that plating does not last forever. However if you follow a few simple steps you will get the most wear out of our plated pieces. We can also offer re-plating and re-polishing of all of our pieces for a £30 charge per item. Please email for more details. 

Care of plated products:

  1. Use a soft polishing cloth to brighten and clean your jewellery. Other chemicals can be harmful to the metal and gold plate.
  2. Do not let your jewellery come into contact with any harsh chemicals i.e. bleach.
  3. Avoid wearing plated jewellery whilst doing manual tasks. Any deep scratches will reveal the silver base metal underneath.

RESIZING POLICY

When purchasing rings please make sure that you have selected the correct size. If you are unsure of the size you would like we can send you a ring sizer in the post. Please email for more details.

Any additional resizes after the ring has been made and sent out will incur a charge of £20.

RETURNS 

We hope you will be delighted with your Aliza Fire purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied you may return it to us within 14 working days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a full refund we ask that the item is returned in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging with proof of purchase or receipt.

Once we have received your returned item we will be in touch via email to arrange your refund. Please email info@alizafire.com for any further queries regarding your return.

Generally we will not approve exchanges or refunds for bespoke, custom and personalised pieces of jewellery. However, we can offer a resize / alteration service at a fee. 

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of earrings in accordance with the UK Health and Hygiene Regulations.

Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customers responsibility. It is also the responsibility of the customer that all items are returned to us safely and in good condition. We recommend a tracked postal service for this.
